Masala to add with curd :
Dhaniya Powder - 1 spoon
Garam masala - 1 spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 Spoon
Amchur powder - 1/2 spoon
Chat Masala  - For garnishing
Garlic paste  -1 spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Method to Prepare :

prepare curd masala :
1 cup fresh and thick curd, 1 spoon garam masala, 1 spoon dhaniya powder, 1 spoon ginger paste, 1 spoon garlic paste,1/2 spoon amchur,1/4 tea spoon turmeric powder, 1/2 spoon chilli powder ,2 spoons pudina chuttney (will post it after this recipe )and mix well into a batter.

Cut the paneer homw made or bought from shop.. to square cubes. I bought milky mist paneer from shop , using which I sliced 6x2 cubes. Cook potatoes and at the same time add hot water to amla sized tamarind ball and keep aside so that it becomes soft and later u cd extract the tamarind pulp(for pudina chuttney).

Add the paneer cubes and potato to the curd mix and refrigerate over night .. min 5 hrs is enough actually.

Take 1 green, 1 yellow bell peppers , 3 medium sized solid tomatoes. 12 to 14 toothpick sticks.

Cook the curd paneer mix in microwave for 3 min in crisp mode / Just do nothing..
Now take the sticks arange as u like.. red yellow green panner as u please.. and keep the sticks ready.
Take the roti thava which is very thick, spread oil on the thava.. say 1/2 spoon or 3/4 spoon. (I used sunflower oil as its light)
Now place just 2 sticks at a time and keep rotating sides. keep on high flame. heat will be more but taste wd be good. Tikkas wd be fried so soon actually. repeat for all sticks .. there u go !!! all the tikkas ready. garnish with corriander leaves.

Note : Serve Hot with pudina chuttney . Sprinkle lemon juice on the tikka to have better taste ;) Some Tomato ketchup also would do good ;)
