2 mins Recipe - Paruppu Podi

Ingredients :

Toor Dhal / Tuvaram paruppu- 1 Tumbler
Pepper / Melagu - 1/2 spoon
Red chillies - 2
Salt - 1 spoon

Method to prepare :

1) Fry all the above contents in a dry cooking pan till dhal /paruppu turns red.
2) Remove the pan from heat, add salt and mix well and allow it to cool.
3) Allow the mix to cool and poweder in mixer grinder.

Store it in air tight container.
It tastes good with ghee on rice and best when served with vetha kozhambu as side dish :))
