2 mins Recipe - Besan Ladoo

Ingredients :

Odacha kadala / Bengalgram dhal - 2 cups
Sugar - 1.5 cups
Ghee - 1 cup

Method to prepare :

1) Powder Dhal and Sugar with mixer
2) Heat the ghee
3) Add hot ghee to the mix and prepare balls / ladoos

Hotter the ghee, easy to make ladoo (in good shape).
Allow the ladoos to cool for an hour and store in air tight container.
