Chow Chow Adai

This is one of the simplest dish anyone could try. Its tasty and less time consuming.

Ingredients :

chow chow -1
Bengal gram flour - 4 cups
Rice flour 1 cup
Green chilli - 2 or 3
Onion - 1
Chilli powder

Prep Method:
1)Peel off the chow chow. grate it or chop to fine pieces.
2) Finely chop green chillies and onion.
3) Mix all the contents above with water to "bhajji batter" consistency. Add Chili powder and salt to taste.

The Adai mix is now ready to be cooked on kadai like dosas.

Optional :
 1)We can also steam the vegetable in oven for 5 minutes.
 2) Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves.

Tip : Instead of Chow Chow, we can also use white puimpkin and yellow pumpkin(parangikai).
